Welcome to Otaku Vibe Wear (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website otakuvibewear.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Printing Method

All apparel is produced using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing.

  • DTG colors may vary slightly from digital previews.
  • Minor variations in placement, color saturation, and texture are normal.
  • Fabric type and garment color can affect print appearance.

These variations are not considered defects.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and payment methods shown at checkout.
  • Payment is captured at the time of order.
  • Orders cannot be edited once production begins.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud or inventory issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production time for DTG items: 2–7 business days.
  • Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in lost packages or additional fees.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because each item is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • buyer’s remorse
  • minor print/color variation
  • slight placement variation

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • incorrect due to our error

To request a replacement, email support@otakuvibewear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer.

For packages lost during transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Most orders enter production within a few hours.
Once printing starts, cancellation is not possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product photos, logos, and branding on Otaku Vibe Wear are our property or used with proper licensing.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using the site, you agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to access restricted areas
  • interfere with website functionality
  • distribute malware, bots, or harmful code

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  • We are not responsible for delays, carrier issues, or DTG-related print/color variations.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
